A short DIY post which I almost forgot to post. This is from the Halloween this year where I DIY-ed my kiddos hat 
Sketch a rough template for the hat on felt and started the cutting and sewing. Yea each piece is hand sewn!
To liven up the hat, I googled for simple diy spiders and stumbled upon Creature Comforts Blog. Simple and easy to follow steps, I started making pom-pom spiders
Mid-way thru the pom-pom spiders, I thought why not change the colours and I’ll have myself some pumpkins. It’s halloween afterall and both spiders and pumpkin goes hand in hand….
Thus pom-pom pumpkin is birth 
Some of the pom-pom spiders and pumpkin in the last stages.
Fluff it up a little with a bit of cuts here and there, stick on the legs for the spiders and it’s almost ready. The next step is to “hang” it on the hat itself.
Ooh added some wiggly eyes for more effect hehehe….
And ta-daa, my two prince posing with their DIY hanging spideys and pumpkin hat.
